Bed Pillows Noise view of garbage bin TV was fuzzy
I loved the location, once you park you can walk the rest of the vacation. Walking distance to the falls, casino and restaurants.
Breakfast didnt have the best selection.
We liked the location.
They do not have enough parking for the guests.
The location is very good. Just 10 minutes walking distance from the Park - so you can save parking fees. There is a free onsite parking. The staff are fairly courteous and helpful. Free wifi is available and works fine. Free breakfast is available and is Okey. There is an on-site Indian restaurant - which is again Okey.
The rooms look pretty old, and cleanliness is not very good either. One of the beds made a lot of noise - even on slightest movements.
It was close to everything.
We asked for extra pillows twice and never received them. Parking lot is really small for a packed hotel. They need to clean the hotel a little better. The door wasn't tight enough enough to our room every time someone walked by it would rattle. It was annoying.
The location was nice
I paid $250 for one night- the room stunk and the breakfast was terrible!
Staff was very cooperative and polite
For the money we paid every thing was ok
Location was GREAT - walked to all local attractions. Our room was clean - TV, fridge, air conditioning, bathroom: all worked well - no complaints. Front desk staff was SUPER nice and accommodating.
Beds ARE a little hard, but that's personal preference. Entire hotel could use a facelift.
The Bed Covers are old and look unclean. That was the only complaint we have. otherwise it is worth the rate.
Staffs are really nice, friendly
the bed sheet not really clean, the bath tower is too old, almost worn-out
The room we booked had a king bed and a queen bed. The room was good size with microwave & refrigerator. I thought the price was great for the location. It even had a Continental breakfast.
Bed was little firm for me.
Near Niagara Falls, Just a short walk to the falls.
No Wifi, so disappointed!
Very courteous staff in front desk especially Irene. Breakfast spread was very sparse . Overall value for money
Location convenient to walking to Falls. Quiet area. Mostly Indian population with restaurant on site. We did not have any cooking odors. Bed sheets were clean with no bedbugs. Parking available and we did feel safe.
The bed was hard, pillows not enough, bedspread was either so old I couldn't tell if it was dirty or not, holes in the absolutely filthy carpet covered with a throw rug. The breakfast was minimal at best, nothing but white toast, minimuffin, and poor choices of cold cereal. They did not have the trolley passes the visitor center told us to ask for and did not even know what they were. The vacuum was on the stair landing for the two days and the stairs were filthy. The balcony outside our room was dirty and covered with bugs. The a/c worked but the adjustment knob did not. Our friends shower leaked out under their tub all over the carpet. Who knows when the a/c -heater filter was changed. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The rates were the cheapest in the area and now I can see why.
The place is not clean. Sheets pillows and towels were ok. Floor was dirty. Hallways and lobby were dirty. The whole place needs a facelift. The bed was like sleeping on a board. The plumbing from the bathtub leaked and soaked into the carpet ion the bedroom area.
